Banning Barnacles has been working on how to get barnacles off ships with minimum damage to the stuff around the barnacles, like the ship’s structure and the other organism’s in the ocean. The reason we did this is because barnacles are boat owner’s worst nightmare and this whole town is filled with boat owner’s, the Navy even has problems with these little nuisances spending billions of dollars getting them of the haul. Basically, barnacles affect the economy our department of defense. (little pests!!)
