xDecember 26, 1996, JonBenet was killed by her brother, Burke Ramsey, and her parents, John and Patsy Ramsey, tried to cover up the seen. Burke, John, Patsy were all associated with JonBenet’s death because evidence found with ransom note, choker, JonBenet’s body, 911 phone call, flashlight, pineapple, and evidence of sexual assault and abuse.
Burke’s voice was in the 911 phone call. Burke and the parents clarified that Burke was inside his bedroom, asleep. According to a recording of the phone call, Burke’s voice clearly said “What did you find?” or “Please, what do I do?” and John Ramsey’s voice saying “We’re not talking to you.” This explains that Burke was not sleeping and was involved with JonBenet missing. While this might prove that the family was worried about JonBenet this does not prove that they did not kill hurt.
The choker wrapped around JonBenet was a fake. The parents made a fake choker end put claw marks around JonBenet's neck.

Burke has been known to snap, be rude, and attack JonBenet. According to the A&E video, when JonBenet was last seen alive, arguing with burke. Burke had an outburst and attacked JonBenet with the flashlight. While he didn’t mean to kill her, the blow was so fatal that she suffered internal bleeding and died. The defense may say that the parents stated the kids were sound asleep in the car and as soon as they got home, but Burke later stated that he did get in an argument with his sister that night.
JonBenet’s body had signs of sexual assault and/or abuse. According to the JonBenet Ramsey Case Encyclopedia, JonBenet’s hymen had been “freshly broken”, meaning she had recently had forcely entered the uterus. The parents did claim the neither one of them nor nine year-old Burke Ramsey had never done any sort of sexual offense towards JonBenet, but strange DNA was found contained within JonBenet’s panties that could’ve belonged to Burke or John
