Values are one of the key aspects that separate us from one another. Once values, important to an individual, are recognized, managers could elect the best task for the beast person with correct set of values. Example: a person responsible for the company outing should be a person with strong motherhood values, because no matter what, the person would ensure everyone is fed and had a good time in a timely manner. Second a just person would be a great asset for the HR department. This person could deliver decisions regarding work conflicts and resolve complicated
