What do I mean by flow? Let’s imagine a scenario. You were driving a car to Hua-Hin but while you were driving your friend kept on calling you and demanded multiple stops so you to pick something up for him on the way. A trip that was supposed to be only 2 hours extended to 4 hours. Now, if we compared this case to how human works, you driving a car is you working on something, and you making stops to pick stuff up for your friend is you being distracted from your actual task to tidy up your desk. So next time if you see an untidy desk, please do not label the owner of the table as a “filth” or a “savage”.
