Annotated Bibliography Concerning Diets in Sports Unfortunately, there are many research topics dealing with exercise science. One of the most popular topics is diets in sports with men and woman. Many of people try to go on diets on their own or because their friends are doing it. Diets can be useful if they are done properly, but they can be harmful if they are misused in the wrong way. Athletes try to use diets to help eliminate extra weight or to add weight where it is needed on the body. Upon reviewing my sources, I would love to figure out is diets good in sports or if it is bad to use when playing sports or any other activities. I believe this information would be very useful for determining if diets should continually be use among athletes or taken away. I chose bits and pieces of information from each of the sources that I felt is very useful for researching diets in sports. All he articles were located in the University of Mississippi EBSCO host database. I limited my search to articles from 2006-2015 to make sure all the sources contained up-to-date information. All the articles talked about diets in woman and men in sports or daily activities in some way possible.
