Andrew Jackson had been a brave leader and hero to many other people during his lifetime. When Jackson was just 13 years old, he went off to war with his two older brothers to fight against the British, Jackson was the only brother to come back home alive. Jackson had always loved to fight and when he did, he always gave everything in him to win, even if it was his own body. During those fights Jackson had no amounts of Military training, but that never bothered him as he was active in most wars/fights. In the end Jackson had been shot at countless times, two of them actually penetrating the skin, one in the shoulder and one in the chest, both becoming problematic in his future.

The Bank War had also caused business to have a hard time in the dying economy and small shop owners started losing their companies to corporations which the bank was funding.

To the people voicing the words, it meant hillbilly or fun, but to the people that lived in urban areas, it meant something you can always count on (trustworthy/faithful) the democratic icon is now a donkey. During the time of the ‘Second Bank of the U.S’ Jackson was ready to destroy it, believing that they had too much power and could control anything they wanted (economy, lives, government, etc.)
