It has certain advantages over the Negative Physical approach. First, the cruelty is not visible. Second, the possibility of physical backlash is reduced. Third, since the number of psychological pains that one can feel are innumerous, the direction and target areas of KITA can be increased. The person does not really have to kick but the system can do that job. Forth, it satisfies the ego of those who practice it. Finally, there is no tangible proof of this kick.

MOTIVATORS
Herzberg has given a theory of motivation. According to him, job satisfaction and dissatisfaction are not opposite of each other but rather are two different axes. He identified the factors involved in each axis as hygiene factors and motivators.
MOTIVATORS
- Achievement
- Recognition
- Work
- Responsibility
- Advancement
- Growth
• It is shown in investigation that the achievement factor of motivation shows extreme work satisfaction and growth shows the lowest. While the highest level of dis-satisfaction is arise by work itself and lowest by responsibility.
• It can be derived that factor which is causing highest level of motivation is achievement by setting of satisfaction with dis-satisfaction.
• This logic also gives a noticeable point that growth factor is almost neutral in context of motivation.
• The responsibility factor gives least amount of dis-satisfaction which suggest that most of the employees are ready to take responsibility willfully.
HYGIENE FACTORS
- Company Policy and Administration
- Supervision
- Relationship with supervisor
- Working conditions
- Salary
- Relationship with peers
- Personal
