For example this description used a famous cookbook that most people would recognize by title “Kind of like the Joy of Cooking is to Food” (Freyer, 2001). The whole story behind the listing was about how bad his first batch of home brew was, and with each batch he improved his skills so much, John impressed a master brewer at the Empire Brewing Company. The first eBay page the listing was a combination of subjective and objective. For example the seller used part of the cover “The home brewer's Bible” (eBay) which makes a person think it’s the best book out there and no other book compares. The second eBay site was straight and forward using an objective listing “Stouts, ales, lagers, porters, bitters, pilsners, specialty beers, and meads . . . they’re all remarkably easy to make with the New Complete Joy of Home Brewing” (eBay). The
