Considered the greatest conquerors of their time Alexander of Macedonia and Genghis Khan seized more land and population during their rule. These men had major influences on the world with the civilizations that they built for their empires. Both Genghis Khan and Alexander the Great share numerous similarities but also bring in multiple differences in their civilizations.
The armies of both Alexander and Genghis Khan were considered the greatest of their times which helped grow their empires. Both of these conquerors relied heavily on their Calvary to win their wars. The greatest influence on these leaders was the fact that both their fathers were assassinated. This helped drive them to conquer their enemies and unite multiple civilizations
