Paying close attention to students that need help. A student that is making academic progress can get a quality education. Having goals towards this, such as: Getting better communication between the staff and the student. This can help them connect by understanding the students wants and needs during class. A teacher and a student that cannot make time during school, needs to make time after school and freeing up both of their schedules. Having an after school discussion with the teacher can build the students success in school because they are getting a better understanding of the material from class. Teachers can discuss lessons from class in further detail after school, to really “connect” with the student. By talking to a student with their problems and their success after school every month with the principal, this ensures them to talk about the problems they have during school, so that these problems do not get in the way of school, and leads a better communication where they both can find a solution.
