According to the above, the research has compared the use of online banking VS traditional bank, since many people in Saudi Arabia are not aware of the advantages of electronic banking, which it should not be as a problem in these days. The purpose of this study is to study and analysis the impediments of using online services which include: automated teller machine (ATM), internet banking, and tele-banking and then compares it with manual banking. The study also focused on the solutions that could be addressed to extend the customer satisfaction for the services providing by either online or regular bank in order to enhance the improving of economic industry.

The interview methods have been done on a random customers whether they are living in Saudi Arabia or United States. Tango and Skype are used to ask the customers who are currently in Saudi Arabia, while the use of in-person interview was with the customers who are live in The United States. Data collected using oral interviews was studied in order to find some common ground on which to base an analysis. The questions in the interviews were standardized, open-ended (the same open-ended questions are asked to all interviewers). The questionnaire method is done by distributed an electronic surveys throw Emil, WhatsApp application, Facebook and Twitter. The questions are varied between open-ended and closed-ended, the closed-ended questions as mentioned previously, are included a scale from one to five, ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The open-ended questions do not require a long answer, it is only to let the customer write more details or to let the researcher got more information about a certain point. The interview and the survey are in Arabic and English Language.
Data analysis: The analysis of data will be done by classifying the sample customers by ages, gender, employed, and education levels, to see the percentage of each classification.
