They should implement flexibility programs as in they give employees flexible time and space so that they can blend in between their work and home life. For example, organization can also give the chance to their employees to work from home so that they are able to manage their work hours to fit their life priorities. We believed that employees still can submit their work with the deadlines because they will feel more comfortable to do the work at home. Work-life balance should be provided to employees in order to increase focus and motivation at work knowing that family and work commitments are being met.
