A person isn’t born evil but it’s the circumstances that one grows up in that creates one’s identity. People tend to do everything in their will to get out of hardship and find a better life for themselves. Although the process of achieving that comfort is controversial; some people take the hard and long way whereas others prefer to take the quick and short way of success. Especially in a world where we want everything quick and fast, the later way is preferred by most.…
Often overlooked are the Australian nurses who volunteered for service at Gallipoli. It was these nurses who saved lives and if it were not for their devotion, sacrifice and care, the casualty rate would have been much higher. From the landings of Gallipoli on the 25th of April 1915, nurses were inundated by hundreds of casualties. The wounded came in an endless stream, day and night, and with few nurses and hundreds injured, they had their work cut out for them.…
Evil Around Every Corner Humans have always been capable of doing evil things. It is almost instinct even if we know it is bad. Some of us are willing to do whatever it takes to get what we want even if it involves hurting someone or even killing them to get what we want. There are many instances that can prove just how evil man can be.…
Gregory Maguire has remarked, “People who claim that they're evil are usually no worse than the rest of us... It's people who claim that they're good, or any way better than the rest of us, that you have to be wary of ”(Goodreads). During WWII, Hitler believed that what he was doing to millions of innocent people was for the good of his nation. This makes him a truly evil character in history. The prisoners of his death factories included the Jewish people, Roma, homosexuals, and political prisoners.…
This hate was brought to Adolf through many causes, causes which caused one horrid effect. Hitler was a strong believer of the common idea of Anti-Semitism, a hatred for the Jewish race and the blaming of them for many misfortunes in the past. This ideal was one head dearly by the Nazi party,…
Being Inherently Good This has been a long argument for many years that people have tried to pin point an answer to. Not only has there been many debates on being inherently good or evil there is much evidence that humans are inherently good. Human nature means the ways of thinking, feeling and acting that are common to most people. It is our base mentality to be inherently good.…

- Everyone is born with evil inside them; it is just a matter of how far someone will take these ideas to push the person to their breaking point. - We see in this Shakespeare play that evil is the common piece that links both Macbeth’s together along with the witches too. - There is also the supernatural element with the witches messing with fate and free will of Macbeth. - When Lady Macbeth hears the prophecy that her husband will becoming king of Scotland, it is that idea of more power which kick starts the evil inside her.…
People are not born evil. It is my opinion that as a child, we are always molded and influenced by the important people that touch our lives daily. Basically it begins with our caregiver’s weather it is our parents, grandparents, family members or babysitter. The mother and father plays a major role on their child’s personality. Therefore if somebody experience any type of abuse during their childhood whether it is physical or mental, most times they are awkward socially and they view society differently.…
Crimes against humanity are acts towards a population that damages to hurt the population in a whole. A tremendous act against humanity was the extermination that the Nazis planned against the Jewish population in Europe. These actd started with the rise of one man, Adolf Hitler. World War one ended with the Treaty of Versailles which set the environment up for Hitler in the Nazis to rise. The Third Reich guided the social crime against the Jewish people and use excuses such as racial laws for the violent acts that led to the tragic loss of World War two.…
Some people can be born evil, and some people can develop evil traits as they get older. Humans are not evil nor good. Humans are just human, and the only reason for them to become evil, is if the environment they are surrounded by, encourages bad behaviors. Humans when they are born don't have a sense of what is going on, so how could we tell if they are born evil?…
Introduction: Obedience refers to the act of obeying commands from an individual who is perceived as an authority figure. As a form of social influence taught from early childhood, obedience plays a crucial role within society to create and maintain order and stability (Colman, 2015). Although obedience serves numerous productive functions, orders given to cause physical or mental harm can be detrimental. Throughout his rise to power, Adolf Hitler used this psychological mechanism for his own political purpose which consequently led to the killings of millions of innocent people. During the Nuremberg trials where justice was sought against Nazi war criminals, Adolf Eichmann surprisingly claimed in his defence that he had simply obeyed orders (Baron & Branscombe, 2013).…
“By the skillful and sustained use of propaganda, one can make a people see even heaven as hell or an extremely wretched life as paradise” (“Adolf Hitler Quote”). This renowned Adolf Hitler quote can be used to depict one of Hitler 's many tactics he used during his dictatorship. Forcing his way to power in 1933 (Britannica School), he became one of the most loathed dictator and person throughout history. A dictator is one who rules a country or group of people and has obtained power forcefully. Hitler can evidently be described as a dictator taking in perspective his responsibility of the mass murder of 11 million innocent people and limitations to many ethnic groups in Germany.…
I liked the “180 The Movie” because is informative for people who doesn’t value life and it’s a reminder or an eye opener for people who value life, but they are not strong in their beliefs. It was very strong in the information given, but as humans sometimes we need to be shown and talk to like that in order to realize how bad the consequences are due to one person wrong decision with no spiritual belief and values. I also liked the way the interviewer handle the different responses of everyone in the movie and the comparisons he made with the Holocaust situation relating it to abortion, and the value of life when introducing the ten commandments in the bible. Every time I heard a question in the video I was giving myself a personal response…
