ADM was interviewed on Wednesday 22 February 2017. ADM states that he was encouraged by CCF to make contact with FAP. ADM states that Saturday 18 February 2017 he engaged in a verbal dispute at his home off of the installation with his wife. ADM states that around 1900 he on the phone with his 7 y/o son who currently lives with his biological mother. ADM states that his wife could hear his ex-wife’s voice in the background and became upset. ADM states that his wife accused him of wanting to be with his ex-wife and left the home. ADM states that his wife return home around 2100 still upset so they slept in separate rooms Saturday night. ADM states that next day (Sunday 19 February 2017 around 1030) he made his wife breakfast and took it upstairs to his wife who was sleeping …show more content…
ADM states that his wife threw the cup of coffee and bagel down the stairs and came in the bedroom and told him to get out. ADM states that his wife then pick-up his Mac laptop and threw it on the floor in the living room. ADM states that his wife started pushing him and then threw a Yeti cup that was full ginger ale at his left thigh/hip. ADM denied that he was injured or was in pain. ADM states that his wife then went to the laundry room that is also located downstairs to grab her clothes. ADM states that his wife then stated “Don’t F******* touch my laundry or my kids laundry.” ADM states that his wife then told him to get out a second time. ADM states that his wife proceeded to get his grandfather’s shadow box that was located in the spare bedroom on top of the closet. ADM states that stood in front of the clothes so she could not grab the box. ADM states that his wife started pulling all of the clothes off the rack and a plastic hanger hit him in the face.
