Once going from founders of a rich resourcful land, to almost having nothing. When the pilgrims came, they had envious eyes for the valuable reservation lands, and resources. The pilgrims brought foreign technology, food, and living practices to America. Native American were offered to give up the land willingly, or to fight for this land. They had no chance, because of the advancement of technology. After all was done, Native Americans could live as what traditions the white man were establishing, or were forced westward, and out of their reservations. The federal government themselves took it in their hands to establish where the Native reservations were going to be, through a series of legal acts. Native Americans cannot use the land as their ancestors did for hunting, or fishing, or the traditions they had, due to the laws of the federal
