Hannah: I guess, just taking a step back though, what would you want that education or training to look like, if it was something?
Janan: Honestly, in my experience and I don’t know if this is similar to you guys, but my pediatrician has given me talks on what to eat and I found that kind of helpful. Normally, nowadays, doctors are like, you go in and go out, and they find out what …show more content…
I think people who are studying to be a nutritionist or in health fields programs, if they can come in and mentor undergraduate students who would then mentor. Like having a tier mentorship, who then mentor high school students and them mentoring middle school students. I feel like that would really decrease some of our countries really scary health statistics. A lot of people, their parents maybe don’t have the healthiest lifestyle and that gets passed on over generations. Maybe if your high school or college required you to take a healthy lifestyle class that taught you how to enjoy exercising and was more realistic and practice.
If it didn’t tell you that you had to eat perfect all the time, but here are some thing you can do to make it easier and taught you how, that could be effective and make a difference in people’s health outcomes
