Making the same decisions again and again has led to managements lack of moral from gaps in the work environment losing quality workers during this time has made some poor choices in hiring unqualified workers as well as the resources training them. In our SWOT analysis, we find that several of the key weaknesses and threats are interrelated or locked together, causing the poor planning decisions of the company as a whole. Example is seasonal work and gaps in employment and leading to training of new workers during prim operation of business in light that seasonal work is also an opportunity.
We recommend new goals for the company derived from this SWOT analysis. Primary new goal is to consider possible alternative markets in the field considering a high on specially design remodeling cutting gaps between projects in work environment. Steps to achieve this goal are to provide research and commitment as a top priority, committing resources, innovate any obstacles to cement our resolve to necessary interventions in performance contradiction of these goals.
