    When you think of World History, some may say that you possibly think of people like Martin Luther King Jr., or Aberham Lincoln, or maybe even George Bush. Now World History is actually the global history or transnational History (not to be confused with diplomatic or international history) is a field of Historical study that emerged as a distinct academic field in the 1980s. It examines History from a global perspective. History is definitely one of kind and is Seemingly important to know and understand. The reasons as to why you should know and understand basic or non- basic history is actually relatively simple when it is pertaining to Modern or just World History. All people and peoples are living histories. To take a few obvious examples: communities speak languages that are inherited from the past. They live in societies with complex cultures, traditions and religions that have not been created on the spur of the moment. People use technologies that they have not themselves invented.
