Why Is Gun Safety Important

Gun safety is about creating good habits that apply the four rules first established by Lt. Colonel Jeff Cooper, and then continually ensuring those habits adhere to the rules. Weapon safety is the biggest concern in the America. Throughout history safety for weapons have been made and a lot are still be used, Efforts to make guns safer with technology are not new. Safeties can generally be divided into subtypes such as internal safeties (which typically do not receive input from the user) and external safeties (which typically allow the user to give input, for example, toggling a lever from "on" to "off" or something similar).
