The tragedy of Macbeth by William Shakespeare is about how Macbeth will do whatever it takes to gain power which eventually leads to his demise. From killing his best friend to killing the King of Scotland, Macbeth would not stop trying to get power. Through doing this Macbeth gained a lot of titles and power but he lost a lot of respect from a lot of people. Titles may give you power and land, but it doesn’t give power over people’s spirit.
