School isn't that bad, why not just make it longer? If you give children massed time in their classes, or class, they will obviously have maximum time to work on what they are working with. A wider range of time would allow them to better understand and hopefully finish their work better and cause increased efficiency, especially when a teacher is near. The supervision of teachers should prevent them from slacking off, and not completing work, being less work is less learning. Second, you will likely be commonly left with extra class time, or free-time.
