3. My answer of each question in each of the five domains of wellness is "Sometimes", "Most of the time" or "Always." It shows that most of event I have completed. However, although most of the things I have done, but the probability is not very frequent. I believe that I can improve by increasing the frequency of doing these things.
In my university life, I often play the role of students and friends. In order to ensure my life balance, my main task is to balance learning and socializing and entertainment. In other words, I cannot spend too much time in one of these aspects. Therefore, I make a timetable every week. It will record every aspect will spend how much time. And it also detailed record my daily itinerary. After the end of each week I can also track my route in this week to ensure that whether I strictly perform the timetable.
