2. I agree with the scale. This is because I think that each sentence in the rating scale talks about the example of work-life balance look like for each of the Domains of Wellness.
3. My answer of each question in each of the five domains of wellness is "Sometimes", "Most of the time" or "Always." It shows that most of event I have completed. However, although most of the things I have done, but the probability is not very frequent. I believe that I can improve by increasing the frequency of doing these things.

In my university life, I often play the role of students and friends. In order to ensure my life balance, my main task is to balance learning and socializing and entertainment. In other words, I cannot spend too much time in one of these aspects. Therefore, I make a timetable every week. It will record every aspect will spend how much time. And it also detailed record my daily itinerary. After the end of each week I can also track my route in this week to ensure that whether I strictly perform the timetable. If not, I will correct the schedule and arrange a new plan in next week to maintain balance. This method can be used in my future personal and professional life. This is because the schedule can ensure that I evenly allocate the time and accurately balance work and life. Thus, after graduation I also need this
