It is the main and the most important methodological research tool. With the help of hypotheses new knowledge or new insights can be produced. Based on research questions, next hypotheses are defined:

1) There is any standardized software solution for banks. Bank can be defined as an enterprise and can use absolutely same software as any other company does. OR: There is only one provider of software for all banks.

2) There is own-developed tracking system by UniCredit Group or UniCredit Bank Austria directed on satisfaction of all possible needs of bank. OR: The software is bought from third-party and is successfully used. OR: There is any software, which can track tasks or time.

3) Waterfall methodology is used for running projects, and task tracking is performed after every stage (activity or procedure). There is an average time calculated for every stage (activity or procedure) of the process. Received results are compared to the average
