A turtle and two herons lived happily and peacefully in the lake bank many years. They took care, helped each other and shared the foods.
When the last summer came, the rain stopped and the weather became so hot. The turtle and herons noticed that the water of the lake decreased day by day and finally the fish died. Thousands of birds left the lake to find a new lake to live. The herons decided to leave soon and visited the turtle to say good bye. The turtle cried and said that he could die soon without water and asked them to take him with them wherever they go. They said sorry that they could not take him with them because he could not fly.
