I have used many types of baits in my career for with fishing and do enjoy the art of using an artificial fishing lure to try and seek out my catch. Many things can play a factor when deciding on the type of lure to use. Factors to think about are how fast the water is moving, when was the last time it rained, is the water muddy or real clear will determined what kind of lure you choose. Now after I have choosing the type of lure I would like to use I then set myself up a casting strategy and I will perform this casting strategy two to three times and if I haven't gotten any bites I might switch up my lure and try something else.
