Power is an important concept for the critical theorists .critical theorists view power as a ‘’defining ,ubiquitous feature of the organisational life,(Mumby.2001:585 and Miller,2015:118) matters related to power ,control and dominance are crucial to all critical theorists whether they are economic, social or communicative, when looking at the concept power ,one has to look at three approaches ,the first approach is traditional approach sees power as quite stable entity that people and groups have.
