You may be wondering what is it? The Legislative branch of government is made up of 100 different senators. 2 senators are elected per state. Then they meet in Washington D.C.,which is the nation's capital. They come together to make different laws to make the country the way it is. Every law starts out as an idea which then turns into a bill. A bill is a main idea of what the Senate wants to turn into a law. Imagine life without a senate? What would a daily life be like? How would you live it?
