When a prisoner is paroled, they are allowed to serve a portion of their punishment under public supervision. The Parole Commission is the organization with a decision that is up to them during the process of parole. The charge could allow a prisoner parole if they meet the conditions set for them. Early release trials are chances for prisoners to tell their sides of the story and to converse their opinions in approval of parole. The resolution of a hearing is for the board to establish whether a prisoner can and would be resumed to the public, and when they could appear. Prisoner’s doing a period of controlled discharge should meet every so often with their parole officer and obey a set of rules. If the prisoner decides to not follow the rules it can result in parole overturning, which could mean the discharged goes back to penitentiary.
