The social workers also known as a licensed clinical social worker, provide assistance by helping people cope and solve issues in their everyday lives. Some social workers help individuals who face disability, life threatening diseases, social problems, and adequate housing, unemployment, or substance abuse. There are many different fields of social work. Child, family, and school social workers also known as child welfare social workers, family service social workers or child protective services social workers provide assistance to improve the and functioning of children and their families. Social workers involved in the school setting to work with parents and teachers as a link between the academic and personal connection between the two.
