During workshops, we deprive participants of their aids, for instance computers, tablets or mobile phones, and we rely on direct communication as it provides grounds for developing appropriate communication habits.
Participants quickly find out what severe consequences within a decision-making chain one inapt order or a delayed report may have, and how important clear and precise formulation of a message is to all the involved ones. During workshops, our instructors help participants identify and practise effective communication procedures which make it possible to save time and increase information flow precision.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS EVALUATION
We can evaluate leadership skills within the framework of every practical training session. Our staff observe individual participants while they are performing complex tasks. We analyse leadership styles, manner of communication, planning and supervising of mission completion and team management. Our observations and comments are provided to participants every time.
