Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking is a vital skill for managers because it paves the way for new potential product lines and service offerings. A conceptual manager who possess innovative thinking can identify new opportunities to exploit, recognize customer needs, and what their company might be able to do to better serve those needs, or offer a better solution for a problem that customers have.
