This study focused on the effects that dietary yeast has on humans and mammals. The study was done with Drosophila Melanogaster which is a fruit fly. This study focused on determining the effects that a diet has on overall sleep. The effects that diet had on metabolism and behavior was also looked at. This gives me good reviews as to how animals reacted to certain diets, and how it relates to humans.

The effects of a Ketogenic diet on sleep were studied. Significant results found a relationship that this diet had on daytime sleep and nighttime sleep. The diet was also evaluated to see the effects it had on the quality of life for adolescents. This diet is interesting and will help me come up with more precise results for my findings in my project.
