2 Refusal Shortly after the huge group of dwarves beat the pulp out of Bilbo's pantry, he realizes that they are in his hobbit hole after a huge defeat. Shortly after all the food is done the dwarf leader arrives, the call is proposed to Baggins. This call being to aid them in a journey to retake their homeland. Bilbo clearly denies the call because he simply wants to keep living his life in his hobbit hole.

9 Atonement The movie doesn't excellent job with documenting Bilbo's struggles when it comes to wanting to abandon his quest. He doesn't want to leave because of love however, unless you want to call his hobbit hole his temptation to stray. The movie doesn't exquisite job of showing exactly how bilbo struggles with this and eventually overcomes it and wants to proceed with the journey and help the dwarves with the rest of the journey.
10 Apostasis In the unexpected journey nobody actually dies a physical death, every single dwarf makes it through their experiences, surprisingly. So I don't believe that the stage is present in the movie. So, this doesn't mean that the movie lacks in quality at all. The movie is still excellent and what makes it so excellent is that it continues on and on. Truth is, these last few stages aren't actually present simply because of the fact that the movie would actually lack in quality if the directors decided to shove them all in at once. It's an amazing thing to have these movies spread out multiple times because it even intrigues me and to proceed with these and see just how the story develops over
