The life of Christ as depicted in the bible, presents countless examples of Christ’s leadership attributes. On of Jesus’s most compelling traits was that he was not boastful. Mark 10:45 (KJV) we learn that although he recognized that he was the Son of God whose purpose was to save the world he did not run around condemning everyone. In fact, he was so humble that he positioned himself as an apprentice to John the Baptist. Through out his life and ultimately in his death on the cross Jesus exemplified servant hood. As nurse administrators we too will be in positions of authority over others.
