This paper is divided into two sections. Section I tells a story about one of the blended learning method that is called “The Flipped Classroom Model” which synthesize several findings from a few related articles (see appendix). Besides, section II of this paper is entitled “Implications for My Teaching Practice”. This section thus will be discussing on how the researchers can incorporate their findings on section I into their own teaching experiences and programmes in the future.

At the beginning phase, one must explains the basic idea of the flipped classroom method. The purpose, expectation, responsibility and differences of flipped classroom compared to traditional classroom method must be understood by the students. The online core learning materials of the subject have to be watched and understood by the students beforehand, with additional resources available for those who wish to explore further. A checker system will be implemented in order to check who had view the lecture.
