The Driving Age

Decent Essays
I believe that the driving age should not be raised from the age of sixteen to eighteen. It is evident that the driving age should not be raised because younger teens may like the responsibility of driving at a younger age. In addition, some parents may like the driving age younger too. The sooner your child can drive, the stress of driving your kids and yourself around is taken off the family. However, others may think that the driving age should change because they might think driving at sixteen is dangerous due to all of the teen driving accidents that happen this year in 2018. The driving age should remain the age of sixteen because of the reduction of stress off of families and increasing the responsibility of teenagers.
