What do you think the New England region looked like? sunny? rainy? hilly? Well the New England region includes Connecticut, Maine,Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. It is bordered by New York it is made up of many hills and low mountains so everything is mostly highlands most large areas are covered by forest like trees,bushes,branches,leaves,rocks,bugs and animals . But the soil was quite thin and rocky the climate was long cold snowy winters and short and warm summers since the soil was thin and rocky it was hard to farm also the fishing was quite limited. the movement was imported agricultural products from other colonies in other words food goods from other countries so it sounds like it was pretty hard living in the new england region because the farming was hard there were a lot of hills and mountains and the limited food because of the long winter and thin and rocky soil. …show more content…
