I responded to Sunoco on Three Notch Street in reference to a suspicious circumstance call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Aundreal Kaywane Mccoullough. Mccoullough was walking back to the car when I pulled up, as if he was putting something back in. Mccoullough advised that he didn’t call the police. Roy Mccoullough then pulled up on scene and advised that Aundreal pulled a gun out on him at the Sunoco. Roy advised that him and Andreal was in a active dating relationship. Roy advised that he was looking for Aundreal and found him at the Sunoco and wanted to talk to him. Roy stated that's when Aundreal pointed a gun at him. Roy advised that the gun was a blue small caliber hand gun. Jessica Canty was also in the vehicle at that time and
