Therefore, all management faces some obstacles in their efforts to improve new project (Manoochehri, 1999). However, according to the case study, obstacles that faced during the process of soy bean project such as, increasing the percentage of soy in the foam may lead to compromise on the seat performance. Furthermore, cost advantages was one of the main obstacles that faced during the process of the project.
