People should be held accountable for their actions, and should have to deal with the consequences that go along with your actions. People think they are treated unfair when they have to deal with the consequences of something they did, but the end result didn’t turn out like they wanted it to. Holding individuals accountable for their actions is important so they can learn from their mistakes and improve upon them.

What ever drives somebody to do something is called a motive. These are the reasons why people do the things they do. Such as a motive to complete a goal, or to do anything they want to. But not all motives are positive or a good idea. Since we are humans, we make mistakes all the time, which causes upsets and sometimes-tragic events unfortunately. So questioning somebody’s motives can be a touchy subject, but can be the primary source or cause of their actions. People should be given a change to explain or time to state reasons why they did something that was either a good thing or a mistake. Giving people a chance is the correct thing to do, but if it’s a continuing problem, then it should be handled differently. All in all people should not be strictly on their actions but by their actions, their motives, and their beliefs. All of these give a clear judgment and picture, of who somebody really
