Sugar will lead human bodies bigger but weaker. People attain calories from food without knowing how many calories in the food that the food truly has. Normally, sugar has more calories comparing to the same mass of food, which means eating sugar is easier to get fat. Most of people prefer sweet than other tastes so they will choose food with more sugar. Although they say: “I don’t want sugar”, their bodies still absorb many sugar. All of these situations tell people that sugar already step in their daily life and hard to get rid of it despite everybody knows it is bad.
