Firstly, I have principles which are Honesty, integrity, Endurance, candor, challenge, Balance in my work.
Secondly, I try to lead by example and be good behavior, make a hope for us.
Thirdly, I try investigators of my team to communicate and interact with my prosecutor.

Advantages of my leadership style are members communicating and interacting and achieving our goals.
B. Disadvantages of my leadership style disadvantages of my leadership style are needing much time for mutual interchange and middle management’s performance is important, so middle management has the much burden.

Briefly describe the leadership challenge in your organization and what strategies could be implemented? A. Briefly describe the leadership challenge in my organization. As mentioned above, my position is middle management, so I feel difficulty and hard. Prosecutor ask me and our team to find a decisive evidence of crime case and work hard, overtime. Some young investigators of our team do not want to work overtime.
Prosecutors in my agency are always my bosses and supervisors, so prosecutors can have one-sided orders to investigators and unilateral decisions without conversations and the agreement of others. All of investigators’ jobs are under prosecutors, so prosecutors always order and control us and ask something.
B. What strategies could I be implemented?
I, as middle management, try to work hard in my company and lead by example and be good behaviors and have many chance to communicate and interact with my co-workers.
I try to report the process and the fact to prosecutors and our investigators directly and investigators of my team to communicate and interact with my prosecutor.
I try to make hope for our team example for making opportunity of extra bonus, benefit, promotion
