Understanding what type of organizational structure an individual prefers can help one to eliminate any job dissatisfaction they may be feeling. In the organization structure portion, I scored a 46 in the delegation portion of the assessments – this means that I still have room to improve, but I am on the right track of understanding the importance of delegation. In the careers portion, I scored a 38 in the portion of how motivated I am to manage – I feel that this is pretty accurate because I am constantly looking to move up and take on more responsibility within the workplace. I am always trying to ensure people that I understand how they feel and that I can empathize with them. This mindset has always hindered me from making tough decisions and in my journey to be placed in a management position, I have gone quiet on a lot of topics that should be voiced (issues with staff that I do not speak of because it would hurt their feelings). God has taught me to treat others how I would like to be treated – although I would like people to empathize with me, I would also like to know where my shortcomings are so that I may better myself in the long-run. Accepting one another, even with all of our flaws, should not be something to fear but something to embrace and cherish.
