Reflection is the learning style I identify in the process of self-analysis test. My passion in my homeland town is a collection of information which I will try to put into practice after careful analysis. Such data includes the style of management, canons of social life and communication skills that are acceptable. Reflection is my learning style and enables me to understand other people’s ideologies. Many theories and ideologies have been put forward toward a solution of many problems afflicting our society (Mumford & Gold, 2004). Some of the approaches assist young learners like me in the determination of the optimal path in career and short-term decision making. Some of the learning indicators utilized in the determination of the learning styles. From the test and listening to the questions I was able to understand that I am reflector person I can apply what I learn from other people. Also, I am a pragmatist who collects data from the environment and affects in decision making. Some of the aspects I grow up do as a hobby turns out to be my best approach to learning.
Leadership style inventory
During the group discussion and self-analysis test, I notice that I possess leadership skills which include the use of the excellent communication skills like listening and understanding other people’s opinions. I like working with other people and understanding their problem which categorizes me as a team leader among group members. Some of the aspects compromise the use of the communication skills such as turn taking and paying attention to critical issues tackled in the group.
Conflict management style inventory
Conflict management is the aspect of leadership. Discussion groups lead to variation in the opinion of the members which call for conflict management approach. My learning style of reflector and pragmatism is imperative in building good leadership skills required in the development of excellent communication
