Mr. Agarwal led the team to an amazing startup of own Medical Institute with his entrepreneurial spirit and determination towards his vision.
He got the permission from the central government for establishment of new medical institute for MBBS course at Bareilly with annual intake of 150 seats for academic year 2014-15 under Section 10 A of IMC Act, 1956 subject to fulfillment of certain conditions. M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly also issued temporary consent of affiliation for admission to 150 MBBS seats for 2014-15. In these institutes, RMRI was also included as MCI found some deficiencies in their assessment. Three assessors of MCI visited the Rajshree Medical Research Institute for conducting surprise inspection on January 23-24, 2015. Although on January 24, 2015 and January 26, 2015 were holidays as per the list of holidays declared by the University and January 25, 2015 was a Sunday. Some residents who were on night duty, they were also not present in day time.
On the basis of inspection report, MCI recommended not to renew the permission to RMRI for admitting MBBS students for the academic year 2015-16. Mr. Agarwal submitted a detailed explanation with respect to the deficiencies reported by the inspection team. He approached MCI to give an opportunity for rectification of deficiencies and if required, MCI may verify it any time by conducting another inspection as the past decision of MCI would put the future of students at risk. But MCI did not heed to his request and refused to give permission to RMRI established by Rajshree Educational Trust,

That’s why this incident did not hold Mr. Agarwal back from exploring new opportunities. Within a year, he was well prepared again with his team for the assessment from MCI for renewal of permission of 3rd batch. Eventually Mr. Agarwal led the team to give their best. In his various roles, Mr. Agarwal has been able to energize entire teams of Rajshree Group to perform and deliver results.
