Federal funds received from schools and colleges must operate without discriminating when it comes to race, color or origin. People are making investigations through these acts and find a solution to the civil rights problems. Schools fail to provide equal education opportunities for their students. Separating the students cause a drift and dispute among them since they also fail to be able to understand each other.
