People have different philosophical and moral beliefs that they applied and set as their guide in life. Though unnoticeable, it has big impact on one’s life, on how they act, on their characters and on who they are. And so what one believes in, morally and philosophically, on what is right and what is wrong, on what is just and what is not are such important things not only to them but also to the society most specifically the business people because what they do have impact the bourgeois.

If the society shows negative result or happening, it affects the economics that also affects the business in the country negatively. In the present days, businesses are rapidly evolving the way how they work inside or outside of the society to gain profit and to be able to expand the business (Lewis, 2002; Maignan, Gonzales-Padron, Hult and Ferrell, 2011). One example of the business that has common relationship in a society is the funeral business. A funeral business that shows concern to their clients and show sympathy to the relative of dead person will create good reputation to the people as they are not just after the profit they get. Hence, it somehow shows that they do not celebrate for someone's death just because it will give them revenue. In reality, the reason behind the success of a business is being concern to the society and with that, the business reaches their goal (Crea, 2002).

They make the workers less empathetic to other things that are not as painful as death. This fact already shows the effect of working in a funeral business to the emotional aspect of a person and it is an important factor to know because pro-social behavior affects the moral development of a person (Moral Development, n.d). And at times when the funeral workers reached their emotional range, the people in their life distanced from them because of their lack of empathy.
