Not that I had to do exercise but the idea of getting up and actually going to the gym. This past month has been a change. There is a change in the amount of energy I have. I get so much satisfaction at the end of the workout, a sense of accomplishment, that I was able to achieve my goal for that one day. There is a change in how I look, even though I haven’t lost a great amount of weight, I do see the light at the end of the tunnel as with every day passing I am moving closure to my goal. I am more conscious of what I put into my body as I know that nutrition is an integral part of being healthy and weight loss (Chapter 5). Through this course I learned how important it is to stay hydrated and exactly how much water your body needs (Chapter 3). This course has helped me learn more about myself, my body type, what I need to do to stay healthy. Another thing, you don’t always have to be on diet. You just have to know portion control; that was my other challenge. Like every other person I love food, but had no sense of how much I need to eat.
