I do understand we need to fix our issues and problems but if we make everyone aware, we will be able to tackle this crisis. “About 5,000 children die each day due to preventable diarrheal diseases such as cholera and dysentery, which spread when people use contaminated water for drinking or cooking” (National Geographic 5). This is really sad because it is killing children, the ultimate image of youth and innocence. This usually happens in low-come areas because of the lack of effort and money to take care of the drinking water. Usually, the wells in that area are not approved or looked at by the EPA which is astonishing because, with those areas, it is a must.
