To teach himself to cook, my dad would travel to the grocery store and buy random things and put them together to see how it tasted. After about a year of this he had gradually taught himself to cook. Also, a problem was he couldn’t pay for college. So, unfortunately he had to drop out of college, even though he was getting excellent grades. After dropping out, my dad needed to make money to buy groceries and pay bills on wherever he was living at the time, so he started working construction again. Several years later, after he met my mom they moved to Marshall, and that is when he created his own business from the ground up. His business,glass installation, became very successful. When he moved out he had to teach himself many things including life skills.
My dad worked hard and obtained a great education,making him my inspirational hero. My dad grew up in a poor family, worked exceptionally hard in school, jobs, and athletics. He also taught himself many of the life skills he knows today. His life was never easy, but his hard work and determination allowed him through it all. My dad inspired me to work especially hard, do my best, and acquire a great education, but the HUGE question is who inspired you to be the person you are
